DENVER – March 17, 2021: The Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE), along with Colorado Governor Jared Polis and education leaders from across the state brought together partners on March 15, to virtually sign an educational equity letter of commitment and to highlight the recently published Report on Educational Equity with the goal of creating a Colorado for all.

Jared Polis and partners from Young Invincibles, Hunger Free Colorado, the Colorado Department of Human Services and Metropolitan State University of Denver today released the Department's Hunger Free and Healthy Minds Campus Checklists to encourage the state's postsecondary intuitions of higher education to apply for Hunger Free and Healthy Minds campus designations.
DENVER – Dec. 18, 2020: The Colorado Opportunity Scholarship Initiative (COSI) board approved 25 proposals that will provide more than $3.3 million in scholarships for Colorado students.
DENVER – Dec. 16, 2020: The Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE) and Colorado Equity Champions Coalition (ECC) today published Report on Educational Equity: Creating a Colorado for All, the state’s first equity report for higher education. The report supports Colorado’s goal to reach 66% educational attainment by 2025 through the implementation of strategies aimed at erasing equity gaps.
